The Singha studio brief required a working live room and a control room inside an existing commercial shell — without buying land or pouring slab. Acoustic isolation came first, then the finishes that hide it.

Wall assemblies were decoupled from the existing structure with resilient channel and dense mineral fill. The control-room glazing was set in isolated jambs to keep the structural sound path broken. Lighting and ventilation were planned around the acoustic envelope rather than retrofitted into it.

A small commercial fit-out, executed with the same trade discipline as a residence.
